Vision
The vision of Soaring Eagles Leadership Academy is:
Through empowerment services and mentorship to provide youth, including at risk youth, with the training, care and development necessary to embrace the future as fully functioning, successful participants in society.

Mission:
The mission of Soaring Eagles Leadership Academy is to provide empowerment and mentoring services to youth, including at risk youth. We seek to empower youth by providing mentoring which equips them to step successfully into the future; make them aware of their innate gifts and talents; and provide them with the support and encouragement they need to excel in life.
