These classes are geared toward adults who are interested in getting in the best shape of their lives and want to learn self defense techniques at the same time. This is not aerobics or kickboxing class. This is a true self defense conditioning workout. Students do not wear traditional martial art uniforms or belts, but instead wear comfortable clothing in preparation to work hard. New students have nothing to fear because everyone begins at their own level. The emphasis of the class is placed on teaching self-defense, self-confidence, body conditioning, and weight management.
Classes are taught by Master Adrienne Jones and Senior Instructor Aiesha Jones both of whom are certified instructors in Taekwondo, top finishers in International Physique League and Physique League of America competitions in 2021 and 2022, and athlete trainers. They know how to lose the weight, keep it off and stay in great shape through healthy eating and exercise. We are excited to have you visit our classes, personal training is also available.
